    This research was carried out from December 2019 to May 2020 in 11 major sites in Tieu Can district. Sixteen alien species belonging to 15 genera, 13 families, 11 orders of the 5 phyla: Magnoliophyta, Oomycota, Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Chordata were identified. Eleven are invasive alien species (68.75%), and the rest is potential invasive alien species (31.25%). We focus on five common species that substantially affect agriculture, forestry, and aquaculture.Bài báo công bố kết quả điều tra tổng hợp về thành phần loài sinh vật ngoại lai xâm hại ở huyện Tiểu Cần, tỉnh Trà Vinh trong 2 năm (2019–2020). Cho đến nay đã xác định được 16 loài xâm hại và có nguy cơ xâm hại thuộc 15 giống, 13 họ, 11 bộ của 5 ngành: Ngọc Lan (Magnoliophyta), Nấm mốc (Oomycota), Thân mềm (Mollusca), Chân khớp (Arthropoda) và Động vật có dây sống (Chordata).     Embedding Sustainable Consumption into Higher Education in Vietnam

    Changing in the way that human produces and consumes are indispensable to achieve sustainable consumption. All of the countries in developed economies, economies in transition and developing economies should promote sustainable consumption. This will require larger changes in society. Higher education plays a vital role in promoting understanding, awareness of professors, staff members and students of sustainable consumption. Through higher education, these people would be positively change their mind about this issue. National Economics University (NEU) is one of the leading university in economics in Vietnam as a case study. Students graduated from the university will be future experts, leaders and businessmen. After graduation, as academic citizens with acquainted knowledge and skills, they will influence the economic and social changes though their business and private purchasing habits and decisions. Using data from the University, this paper will reveal the current landscape of sustainable consumption at National Economics University through the years. In order to embed this issues into education, the university should incorporate sustainable consumption into the curriculum, create and implement a sustainability plan and adjust teaching method to encourage students asking questions, analyzing, thinking critically and making decisions toward sustainable consumption.     Improving Multi-task Learning via Seeking Task-based Flat Regions

    Multi-Task Learning (MTL) is a widely-used and powerful learning paradigm for training deep neural networks that allows learning more than one objective by a single backbone. Compared to training tasks separately, MTL significantly reduces computational costs, improves data efficiency, and potentially enhances model performance by leveraging knowledge across tasks. Hence, it has been adopted in a variety of applications, ranging from computer vision to natural language processing and speech recognition. Among them, there is an emerging line of work in MTL that focuses on manipulating the task gradient to derive an ultimate gradient descent direction to benefit all tasks. Despite achieving impressive results on many benchmarks, directly applying these approaches without using appropriate regularization techniques might lead to suboptimal solutions on real-world problems. In particular, standard training that minimizes the empirical loss on the training data can easily suffer from overfitting to low-resource tasks or be spoiled by noisy-labeled ones, which can cause negative transfer between tasks and overall performance drop. To alleviate such problems, we propose to leverage a recently introduced training method, named Sharpness-aware Minimization, which can enhance model generalization ability on single-task learning. Accordingly, we present a novel MTL training methodology, encouraging the model to find task-based flat minima for coherently improving its generalization capability on all tasks. Finally, we conduct comprehensive experiments on a variety of applications to demonstrate the merit of our proposed approach to existing gradient-based MTL methods, as suggested by our developed theory.Comment: 29 pages, 11 figures, 6 table

    Thermoresistance of p-Type 4H–SiC Integrated MEMS Devices for High-Temperature Sensing

    There is an increasing demand for the development and integration of multifunctional sensing modules into power electronic devices that can operate in high temperature environments. Here, the authors demonstrate the tunable thermoresistance of p‐type 4H–SiC for a wide temperature range from the room temperature to above 800 K with integrated flow sensing functionality into a single power electronic chip. The electrical resistance of p‐type 4H–SiC is found to exponentially decrease with increasing temperature to a threshold temperature of 536 K. The temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) shows a large and negative value from −2100 to −7600 ppm K−1, corresponding to a thermal index of 625 K. From the threshold temperature of 536–846 K, the electrical resistance shows excellent linearity with a positive TCR value of 900 ppm K−1. The authors successfully demonstrate the integration of p–4H–SiC flow sensing functionality with a high sensitivity of 1.035 μA(m s−1)−0.5 mW−1. These insights in the electrical transport of p–4H–SiC aid to improve the performance of p–4H–SiC integrated temperature and flow sensing systems, as well as the design consideration and integration of thermal sensors into 4H–SiC power electronic systems operating at high temperatures of up to 846 K

    We identified 65 reef fish species belonging to 48 genera, 27 families, 15 orders, and 2 classes (Chondrichthyes and Osteichthyes) at Xuan Dai Gulf, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province. Of these, there are 30 species with high conservation value at different rankings; 26 species with recreational value and used in ornamental fish farming, scuba diving, and recreational fishing; 3 reared species and 4 species likely to be reared; 15 species probably harmful to humans by injuring with fin spines and tail fins.Đã xác định được 65 loài cá rạn san hô thuộc 48 giống, 27 họ, 15 bộ của 2 lớp (cá Sụn – Chondrichthyes và cá xương – Osteichthyes) ở vịnh Xuân Đài, thị xã Sông Cầu, tỉnh Phú Yên.     New primitives of controlled elements F2/4 for block ciphers

    This paper develops the cipher design approach based on the use of data-dependent operations (DDOs). A new class of DDO based on the advanced controlled elements (CEs) is introduced, which is proven well suited to hardware implementations for FPGA devices. To increase the hardware implementation efficiency of block ciphers, while using contemporary FPGA devices there is proposed an approach to synthesis of fast block ciphers, which uses the substitution-permutation network constructed on the basis of the controlled elements F2/4 implementing the 2 x 2 substitutions under control of the four-bit vector. There are proposed criteria for selecting elements F2/4 and results on investigating their main cryptographic properties. It is designed a new fast 128-bit block cipher MM-128 that uses the elements F2/4 as elementary building block. The cipher possesses higher performance and requires less hardware resources for its implementation on the bases of FPGA devices than the known block ciphers.
